Return Refund Shipping Policy

*Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100! If your order is less than $100, we offer either Fedex or UPS discount commercial rates to provide the most affordable shipping possible.

Our Shipping Policy: Currently we can only offer free shipping on qualifying orders to the continental U.S. 48 states. Please note there may be restrictions on some products (but it’s not typical). All orders to Hawaii and Alaska, are shipped using commercial discount rates via Fedex or UPS when possible. Currently we do not ship to Mexico or Canada.

Most orders ship within 48. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships and another email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange. Orders cannot be canceled once placed and order confirmation has been received.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Harper’s Health Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to confirm delivery address entered for an order. Harper’s Health Wellness is not responsible if customers submit order with incorrect shipping address information. Upon request, Harper’s Health Wellness will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
